We have been producing music for over 20 years and have been releasing music through our labels for more than a decade.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 days after payment is completed. However, during certain periods, processing times may be longer. In such cases, a banner on the website will inform visitors of the expected delays and shipping dates.

Tracking information emails are sent manually, so please be patient. Our priority is to ship your order as quickly as possible, followed by providing tracking details. In Greece, you will receive an email and/or a Viber message directly from the BOX NOW service.

If you are in Greece, we use the BOX NOW service. For shipments within Europe, we use DPD.

For digital products, all sales are final. For physical products, you can cancel your order by sending us an email before it is packed and dispatched.
